The path of PAWELL is a response to the challenges of our time. We did not start with battery packs, but the actual needs of the frontline motivated us to establish our in-house R&D and grow from initial prototypes to a leading serial manufacturing facility in Ukraine.

First Battery Packs
During our 3D printing collaborations, we noticed a severe shortage of UAV power supplies. We leveraged our established logistics for raw material procurement and launched our first battery packs for FPV drones.
2024
From Fulfilling Needs to Engineering
The focus shifted from basic supply to creating new solutions: the first large batches of unique battery packs for specific tasks, and the development of proprietary product lines and supply chains. In July of the same year, the company was legally incorporated as "PAWELL POWER" LLC — registering a manufacturing structure with specialized economic activity codes (NACE) in the production of aircraft and related equipment.

Focus on Heavy Drones
The primary direction became heavy bombers: extending flight times and increasing the economic efficiency of battery packs for one of the most popular attack drones in service — specifically, "Vampire" class platforms.

Scaling Up
We applied our proven practices to new platforms, UGVs, and fixed-wing UAVs. We became the only Ukrainian participant in the battery segment at the China Drone Exhibition in Shenzhen and launched new technological approaches in Ukraine for accelerated serial production of battery packs.

12-MOUNTH WARRANTY
Full warranty on all battery systems from the date of purchase. Covers manufacturing defects, BMS, and welded joints.
PLATFORM INSURANCE
Platform Insurance In the event of UAV loss or damage due to a technical malfunction of our battery, we compensate for the cost of the drone based on DVR recordings and flight logs. Upon confirmation of the battery defect, we provide a full refund or equipment replacement.
FLEXIBLE PRICING BASED ON VOLUME
For foundations, military units, and serial orders, we adapt pricing based on batch size. We are open to long-term partnerships with continuous supply.

Every line of our battery packs — from 1S to 20S, in any capacity configuration — is officially tested and complies with technical specifications (TU U 27.2-341842811-001:2023), confirmed by an independent laboratory test report. This means the battery you integrated into your platform's design will have the exact same characteristics a year from now.
Our batteries do not create hazardous interference or noise for other onboard electronics — in accordance with technical regulations for low-voltage equipment and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). For you, as a manufacturer of a drone or EW system, this eliminates one of the most critical risks: when the power source disrupts the receiver, autopilot, or communication channel. With a certified PAWELL battery pack, you know in advance that the power supply will not cause the failure of other platform systems.
Our quality system is also certified by a Ukrainian body for the manufacturing of batteries and accumulators (DKPP 27.20). If your platform goes to a tender, to the AFU, or the DFTG, where the supply chain is vetted, PAWELL components already hold the required national accreditation.
Our quality management system has been audited by a British body with ASCB accreditation and IRQAO registration. If you work with foreign funds, partners, or clients accustomed to verifying suppliers by international metrics, this certificate demonstrates that PAWELL meets the standards by which suppliers are evaluated in Europe and worldwide.
